Your plan,
on your wrist.

FitCove works with Apple Watch and Garmin, brings in runs from almost any other watch through Strava, and works fine with no watch at all. Pick yours.

Apple Watch

Run it from your Apple Watch

GPS tracking and audio coaching on your wrist: pace alerts and interval cues, no phone needed mid-run. When you finish, the run syncs to your iPhone and Apple Health.

  1. Install the watch app. It comes with the iPhone app. If it isn't on your watch yet, open the Watch app on your iPhone, find FitCove, and tap Install. Needs watchOS 11 or later.
  2. Open today's run on your iPhone and tap Start on Watch.
  3. Open FitCove on your watch. The run is waiting, with every step and target pace.

Not syncing? Open FitCove on both devices, and check that FitCove has Health access in Settings > Health > Data Access. More in Support.

Garmin

The FitCove app for Garmin

Today's run, synced from your plan. Every interval shows its target pace, and the screen tells you when you're off pace. When you finish, the run saves back to your plan.

  1. Install FitCove from the Connect IQ Store. Works on Forerunner 165, 165 Music, 255, 265 and 965, fēnix 7, and Venu 3.
  2. Open FitCove on your watch. It shows an 8-character code.
  3. In the FitCove iPhone app, go to Profile > Watch > Link a Garmin watch and enter the code. Linking needs an active FitCove subscription.

Coros, Fitbit, Suunto and other Garmins

If your watch syncs to Strava, your runs come into FitCove in a couple of taps. They count toward your plan and adaptation exactly like runs tracked in FitCove.

  1. Once: link your watch to Strava in its own app. In Garmin Connect that's More > Settings > Connected Apps > Strava. Coros, Fitbit and most others have a similar option.
  2. Once: connect Strava in FitCove from Profile > Strava. Step-by-step guide.
  3. After each run: open the scheduled run in FitCove, tap Log a Completed Run > Import from Strava, and pick the run.

Runs you finish in FitCove also post to your Strava feed automatically.

Your iPhone is enough

You don't need a watch. Tap Start on any run and your iPhone tracks it with GPS, with the same paces and audio coaching. On a treadmill, flip the run to Treadmill and your paces convert to belt speeds, then log the distance and time when you're done.

Lifting is always logged on your iPhone, watch or not.
